In few weeks– 19th-22nd November –, SIMEI 2019 will open its door. This can be considered the very first “global” edition to involve the whole liquid food industry, which includes oil, beer and spirits too. Many processes and technologies used to manufacture these products are in fact the same used in winemaking.
The international interest in made-in-Italy technologies will surely increase with this new edition, boosted by the news that Italy is has become the fourth largest manufacturer of industrial machinery in the world.
