Dregs filtration is the new frontier of PERMEARE technology: a new way to give product recovery a high value added.

PERMEARE systems allow producers to recover wine or must from dregs of fermentation, clarification, post-fermentation and post-clarification and from concentrate obtained with tangential filtration. The guaranteed result is a qualitatively superior product, with good organoleptic properties. The final product quality is definitely higher than the one of a product obtained with traditional filtration systems for dregs.
