PERMEARE gives a voice to a new conception of tangential flow filtration and offers the chance to combine, in a single system, tangential filtration membranes and other selective membranes able to separate some wine components.
A perfectly harmonized duet.
This well-harmonized application gives birth to a system able to fulfil different operations: clarification, stabilization and separation of some molecular fractions in wine, such as polyphenols, anthocyanins, tartaric acid, gluconic acid, potassium, calcium.
The result is a new set of colour enhancement, tartaric stabilization and concentration of some organic acids and cations in wine. The great majority of these applications have already been developed, with a great success.
