Cross flow is PERMEARE reverse osmosis system for concentration and enrichment of oenological products.
Cross flow has been designed for producers who need to concentrate and enrich must. It’s a modular machine, able to meet the needs of small wineries as well as the ones of big wine companies, no matter the production volume, and it comes with manual or automatic control.
Cross flow works at room temperature, without altering the product organoleptic structure and aroma. It’s designed to be equipped with different kinds of membranes: thus not only can the producer separate water, but also other substances, in order to reach the perfect harmony among the desired properties of a certain product.
Controlling Cross flow is easy and safe: the operator’s intervention is minimized thanks to safety equipment, alarms and interlocks that, in case of need, halt the machine preserving pumps, membranes and the quality of the product.
