Permaprocess Smart System: it’s a tangential filtration system designed for the application of selective membranes. These particular membranes are suitable for purification, fractioning and concentration of compounds used for wine production and products for food or nutraceutical use

Permaprocess Smart System has been designed for producers who need to treat the compounds of vegetal extracts, juices or fermented products to improve their quality or to concentrate them at low pressure and temperature. A simple technology with little operating costs.

A latest-generation PLC assures an automatic management of every processing phase and cycle (product recovery, rinsing, preparation of cleaning solutions, membrane washing, drainage, and recovery test). Thanks to an intuitive menu, the operator can control all the utilities; find the information he needs to control the system; read all the data collected about the process, in real time; view the analogic quantities trend and save it; record the occurred alarms.

High safety.

The system is highly automated; this allows a H24 production, and an easy and safe control. In fact, the plant is equipped with safety and self-diagnosis tools that, in case of need, halt the plant automatically. Thanks to high technology it is possible to achieve a great yield in total autonomy.
